I am leading an initiative aimed at fostering positive change in clubs and live music venues through comprehensive allyship and DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) training modules. This project is designed for all staff, managers, employees, guests, and tours. Our goal is to empower everyone to advocate for what is right and create a supportive environment where standing up for justice is encouraged and free from fear of negative consequences. By integrating these training modules, we strive to build a more inclusive and respectful community in the live music industry.
